Transition Projects

For over 50 years, Transition Projects has delivered life-saving and life-changing assistance to some of Portland’s most vulnerable residents.
PPRC has supported Transitions for many years, and stories continue to be shared!
We cook, serve, and participate in making a monthly meal for the 45-90 men who live at Doreen’s Place, a Transition Projects facility in the Pearl
